Poor Service at Game

I have to rate this store and Customer Service is poor, I can't believe the disrespect and lack of regard from the employees at Game stores in Fourways.

Note that I am still currently on the line for waiting for assistance from Themba who seems to refuse to take my calls, I am now on call waiting 4 minutes, they did not put me on hold and I can hear them arguing. They have now hung up on.

The gentleman who was assisting me with the purchase is Themba, he made promise to contact me back with regards to the delivery however he has not.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service from game!

The couch I bought on Saturday with the fridge arrived yesterday, i was promised that it would arrive before 16:00 so I took time off work to be there when they delivered however they only arrived towards 6pm.

The counch arrived without two of the legs attached to it and th *****s missing, then to top it of it seem sit was bumped somewhere.

I have e-mailed the store and awaiting feedback.
