Poor service at Game

Bought a washing machine 5 months ago at Game Heidelberg had it a month and gave trouble .Defy come to my house and fix it.In Desember a dilter broke booked a brakedown at Heidelberg Game and in January the 4 we went back to game to confirm the booking was made .They rep**** that the technical department only starts on the 15 January today I went back to Game ro find out what is happening because dont get any feed back and struggle with out the machine.Juat to find out that rhey didnt book and brakedown.Ao we cant complain about the service be cause rhere is none .If you go to Game the people is so busy playing on their cell phones you wait for minutes before someone attend to you and if you ask to speak to the manager take them 30 min to get hold of her just to tell you ahe is in the toilet and wil attend to you when ahe have time.Thia is total shut service and for such a big companies
