Poor service at Burgersfort game store

We bought a Samsung top loader at Burgersfort game store 29 may 2025. It was working a minute and stops, within a month. They a told us to contact Samsung after going to the store only to find that Samsung number not working. We called the store, they kept us waiting promising to call us but not. We took the machine to the store, they left us unattended for close to an hour. They attended us and told us that we can't expect refund claims that the machine was used. To date, no update since 26 June they said they'll assess the machine. They making us to regret spending hard-earned money at the store. After all this, we want our refund
