Poor service and withholding monies

I did an online order at game and after two weeks I still haven't received my order. So I requested a refund as I had to buy the things I ordered at another shop. It's almost two weeks later and I still have not received my refund. The fact that companies are so quick to overwhelm customers with calls regarding their debt, blows my mind. When they hang onto your money like it's theirs. I am quite ready to report Game for poor service and for not refunding me.
