Poor service and unreliable appliances

I bought a Samsung microwave at Game-Richardsbay, 2 months later it was giving me problems,returned it and was told it will take 3 weeks, they fixed it without my knowledge and I had told them I want my refund since i can't keep something that is giving me problems in just few months after buying,they gave me excuses about Samsung saying there was moist in the microwave TouchPad,how's that possible in just 2 months if the microwave was built right and had no defect. I already bought another microwave and they refuse to refund me. I was warned not to buy appliances there since they always give people problem,now I regret why I did not listen.
