Poor service and products

I'm getting tired of game store tzaneen. 1st last year I purchased a fan. Got home there was something wrong with it. And I had to return it. And worse i had to 120km back to store as game phalaborwa refused to return it. Today I bought air cooler. Only to find that there's is no charging cable inside. There is no manual. Now I must go back 120km to return the air cooler as I know game phalaborwa will give me stories as well. Im not happy at all. As it costs me money to do the up and downs. It's like the products are being used and put back in their boxes.
