Poor service and misleading advert

Poor service and misleading ad in the paper. I went to Game Westwood, to buy Sasko bread advertised at 2 for R20. On inquiring with supervisor at information counter I was told they don't stock this bread, supervisor turns away from me and continues with her conversation. I get a Game paper and show it to the supervisor, she looks at it and tells me they don't stock Sasko and turns away. So I call her again and tell her she must bear with me because I am trying to understand why they don't stock this brand and there is no disclaimer to that effect. Her response is I will call the manager. I go in store to look for the other items that I needed and came back to the supervisor who is now standing at the cigarette counter and not at the information desk. She said manager came and has gone back to her desk. Supervisor now speaks to a manager at returns counter. Manager says sorry but they don't stock Sasko bread even though it is advertised and there is no disclaimer for this product. Then another manager comes and says the same. Your staff are not helpful or courteous. I did tell them I will lay a complaint about their attitude as well as that the advertised product should have been at that branch, as only frozen products were specified as available in certain stores only.
