Poor service and lack of customer care at Game

I bought cellphone at game store in Kokstad January 2023 then in January 2024 it gave me a problem it showed a massage from Vodacom that they were unable to remove. They took it for repairs it came back the same and when I complain to them the lady on phones desk gave me a terrible attitude in such a way that me and my husband we stood there for over 2 hours demanding for fixing of this phone or a refund because this phone has two years guarantee. We only received a sligther better service after seeing a manager of the store that we know he came tried to assist we even went to Vodacom with the phone but still there was nothing they can assist us with it needed technicians. My problem is that this lady is saying I must take this phone to Vodacom but I didn't buy cellphone from Vodacom secondly I have been waiting for this phone for over 2 months now and simingly no one cares about that in this shop
