Poor service and faulty product

Purchased a TV in November during Black Friday, (Game Pietermaritzburg) half way through December the Tv stopped working and I returned it to them. I was told I would be contacted by the second week of Jan yet I Have not heard anything not even an update from them. They refuse to honour the 21 day clause stipulated in THEIR T&C’s, I have no TV and I can’t even get my money back to atleast buy one that works. This is extremely inconvenient and the service has been terrible. I would atleast like my money back if they cannot replace their faulty product
