Poor service and empty promises

I ordered online on the 30th April till today I have not received it. I called in several times and hold for about 20-30 minutes waiting to be answered and when the call is answered they can't even give you a proper answer. Today I received an email that I have received my order which I haven't. What poor service and unprofessional service from such a big retail company. I'm really disappointed.
