Poor service and dishonesty

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

I will never purchase from Game Canal Walk again!

I went in to the store last Saturday to purchase a safety gate at 9am. They said they could not deliver same day and can only deliver on Wednesday. Yesterday came and I have not received any tracking on my delivery. I called 30times to speak to the manager and the manager could not once pick up his phone. The staff said it would arrive before 4pm and when I called again - no one knew where my order is.

Only before 5pm they said it will be delivered today.

I specifically asked them to have the gate by 3pm on Wednesday.

Dishonesty, bad service and no management
