Poor service and delivery from Game

Placed a very large order for appliances via the online portal, and even though it says 2-5 days delivery we are still waiting for our goods. The 1 item that was delivered was delivered via a very rude courier. you cannot get to speak to anyone at game customer service that can do anything to assist, it is as though one is talking to a robot, they just say the same thing, pass the messages and pass the buck. Will never recommend GAME or use GAME stores again.
