Poor service and customer humilation

On 14 June 2020 I was at Game Illanga Mall Nelspruit to buy a heater and to my surprised the heater I was buying it was priced wrong at R1513 instead of R2199 and the worst part of all, when I was willing to submit to the poor service and bad attitude I got from Game employees (Josephina). I was accused of card **********.

Not all that was done to me, a Gentleman (Game employee) together with the other employee (till controllers), they instructed one of their employee to have my card and drivers licence photocopied. Ultimately I left the store without my purchase, feeling humiliated and embarrassed, not having to mention the abuse from the treat I got in overall. I will never buy from this shop anymore precisely Ilanga Mall Nelspruit
