Poor service and attitude

On 2015-04-03 at Vincent Game, I wanted to get a lawnmower. The staff walk around doing nothing. There where no other customers around in the garden or paint department.<br> <br> I waited leaning on a Rolux lawnmower waiting with no assistance.<br> <br> On complaining once again to management, Unathi once again just makes excuses that the staff are busy with customers. This is not the case. She did nothing the actually assist or get another staff member to assist. Between my wife and son we hat to look for the lawnmower and load it all ourselves.<br> <br> On a previous occation I lodged a complaint and was told that they confirm that management had contacted me. This was not true. Mark from Vincent has since phoned me twice and requested that I ask for him when I go to Game again. I have asked for him twice and according to the staff he is not in. My request for him to contact me goes unaided.<br> <br> The was Unathi handles custermer complaint in getting assistance to customers is unfitting for a manageress. She does not try at all to give or get assistance for you.<br> <br>
