Poor service and arrogant sales ppl
Good day Game Team
I would like to express a disappointment from a poor service from a sales lady a WC in Somerset Mall. On 25th Aug 2019, I was there to buy a pram but when I arrived at home it was incorrect. So I took it back on 26th Aug 2018 . A lady who was working at customer service called that sales lady to exchange it. I express a disappointment into her stating my time and fuel costs, she ignored me. I thing her name is Elvina / Elvona. I’m glad a lady who was at customer service at that time would able to assist me including her manager. The economic climate is SA is bad and we are not expecting such a bad behaviour with arrogance.
