Poor service again!!!

I went to Game Fourways for the black Friday sale around 13:00 on Friday. I purchased 2 couches and 2 Freezers. They advised me that the freezers are not in stock and will take a week or 2 to arrive. However they had stock of the couches only in black. I asked them for Grey as the one displayed was Grey. Again no stock of grey. The guy Kenneth called me on Friday afternoon to say they will deliver the couches on Monday and then deliver the Freezer when it arrives, Today is Wednesday and no word nor did my items arrive. I also asked for the cooler boxes that was on special and I was told by the guys who were assembling the table and chairs that if its finished then there's nothing they can do. I asked for a voucher and they said they cannot give me one Yet the cashier told me that I can get a voucher for it as I was in store for the promo - I was at the info desk for a while - no one was there - manager was not visible and I had to leave. Why do you advertise these items yet don't allow the consumer to purchase them? Guys working in the store are not even clued up on what's happening. Manager not visible? I do not want to speak to your store manager (the white one) he is rude.
