Poor service after online shopping, delayed deliveries without communication

I am so fed up about Game. I bought a washing machine online on 26 November 2020. Today is 08 December 2020 no delivery yet and when I call them they keep telling to to hold. I ended up being given the contacts of the courier LesureLogistics but still no one is willing to update me. I hold until I run out of airtime. This is really frustrating.
