Poor service
Hello Peter On the 13th November I bought a phone from Game online which was supposed to arrive on the 27 November but it didn't arrive so I decided to cancel the order asked for a refund. Im still waiting for my money till today, I have sent them countless emails but i don't get a clear answer why is my refund taking so long to be processed. I am done with Game stores, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
