Poor Service

Poor service..... I ordered 3 items on the 29-11-2019 only 2 items got delivered still missing 1..... I called to do follow up more the 5 times during December and January and the agents just advise to call me back they will investigate...... i called today Ive been advised the item has been delivered.... what kind of **** is that???? why would I call for something that has been delivered the agent couldn't even advise the address the item was delivered at???? I am so annoyed and frustrated your online service is so bad!!!!
