Poor service

I'm not sure what is going on at Game /RCS.. I have closed my account in July and asked for the paid up letter for so long.Nothing has come through, recently just received an email about cash loan.I don't understand why I'm still receiving communication relating to anything Game when I have parted ways with them.. Can I please get a letter confirming that my account has been paid up and closed.
