Poor service

Bought a HISENSE 323L TOP FRIDGE BOTTOM FREEZER WITH WATE 323 L H425BIT-WD online on 20/09/2025. For Mkuze KZN. The fridge was delivered on the 25/09/2025. Only to find out that it was damaged, i have rejected it and returned it with the courier service immediately. Even today no replacement fridge has been issued. Called game customer service many times but no assistance. They are only telling me that they are still investigating and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours which they never do. Poor service and poor communication 20 days later the fridge is still not delivered.
