Poor service

I went to Game on the 4th of may 2021 at southgate mall to report that my juice maker is no longer working after 2 weeks of my purchase and I I misplaced the receipt,they took my particulars until now I'm still waiting for the call.i told the lady there that I used my bank card to pay.
