Poor service
After numerous engagements with the store still no one knows where my order which was dispatched on the 14/11/2024 is. In every engagement I am told that the case has been escalated and I will receive feedback within 24-48hrs. The items were purchased as a wedding gift for a couple getting married tomorrow (1st December). I am very disappointed

A week later I am still waiting for feedback. None of your staff has contacted me and everytime I follow up I’m assured that someone will contact me within 24-48hrs then I am given a new query number
