Poor service

Hi Monique thanks for your quick response.I bought a washing machine on the 4 September 2019..and on Sunday 2019/11/10 the spin of the machine doesn't wanne work.On Monday 2019/11/11 I went to game and report the matter to mr stuurman inform me that defy will assist me the next day.On Tuesday the people of defy did not come.On Wednesday 2019/11/13 I again go to game store and I spoke to a manager by the name of Andrew..We.than argue and I said to him that o don't want that machine anymore.He than said that no they don't give new products and defy must assess the problem than they will deside..I than inform him that we as consumer's has the right to decide within six months of purchase.Hr said no he will not and Defy will decide.He than phone Defy and inform me that they will visit me on. 2019/11/14. Today 2019/11/14 a technician by the name of Leon visit me.he assess the machine and inform me that the trip switch was faulty.and according him it is a fabric fault.He than repair it. I said to him I am not happy with the product and don't want it any more .and they cannot sell default products to consumer's. He than said to me that they will not give me a new machine or my money I paid.. I am very upset I hope you can assist me on this matter. Yours William
