Poor service

I ordered a washing machine online on the 2nd of August, till today I have not received my washing machine Defy 14Kg, I've trying calling, texting, inboxing, emailing, but no help instead they say tomorrow, tomorrow, and not telling me the real reason why am I not getting my order, remember am the one whose calling not them, then on the 24th I received a message that says it was signed for and delivered, when I call and ask about the message cos I have not received my order they could not give me a straight answer, went to game store yesterday at springs mall they tried to call them but still, so today when I track my order on the app it says delivered on my adrees of with its not true, I have not received my order till today.
