poor service
Good day last week Thursday ,it was the 08/02/2024 i went to mall@Reds Centurion to purchase a washing machine and also paid the delivery fee .i was advised that delivery only takes 2 to 3 days today it is the 6th day without my delivery .i then decided to call them and the lady who are spoke to said they will call me back after 2 minutes she want to do a follow its been 45 minutes still waiting for that call regarding my delivery .......

today it is Friday still i haven't received my washing machine ...guys ur service is very poor ...yesterday i was told that it will be delivered yesterday but still nothing ...what will it take to deliver and its not as if i didn't pay for delivery i did pay ...so i don't understand why Game act as if their doing me a favor .im very disappointed and i don't think i will ever shop in ur store again ...Take a lot and makro their doing so much great service with their client as they value them ..cause its very clear that you dont value ur clients .
