Poor service

We bought a Defy fridge and freezer combination 3 October 21. We where told it will be delivered Monday 4 October 21. We only received the fridge 6 October 21 from game Clear Water Mall after plenty follow up phone calls. Since day 1 the fridge had a beep sound. We tried to get hold of help desk which was a mission. Defy came out today 26 October 21. The fridge is faulty and the pc board needs to be replaced. I tried to get a new fridge or they can come and take the fridge and refund me. Still waiting for response. Paid cash and what a mission to get after sale service. Will never deal with game clear water mall again
