Poor service

I bought a fridge from Game (Clearwater mall) on the 27th of November 2022, they were supose to deliver in the week, they never did, someone phoned and said they would deliver by this morning 04 December 2022. Still no contact with me, so I came back to the shop and they are just unwilling to help me with anything and they say its out of their hands. I paid delivery fees and everything. As I ask to speak to a manager they all just flee and ignore me and tell me sorry no manager is around. This is very bad servicr from the game stores
