Poor Service

I took my printer to Game Centurion to be repaired on 5 Jan 22. I have been there on 4 occasions and they seem not to care. I finally contacted the repair centre and was told by them that they only received the printer on 18 Jan 22- I was even told on the third time I was there that if they do no receive a response within 21 days, then they will refund me no questions asked- Guess what, they made every excuse in the book as to why they cannot- They bring in an idiotic sale manager to come explain to me- their service is disgusting and I will never buy from Game again- I am still waiting for the quote for my repairs. I had to contact the repair centre directly and was told that GAME needs to submit this to me and they cant. and Guess what, I am still waiting for this- Overpromise and under deliver- You service totally sucks- I have never had such a bad experience before
