Poor service

I ordered a gas stove online and it was delivered, and no one mentioned that it was meant to be installed on delivery. We tried to install it without success. I emailed customer service and they said a technician would contact me, and when they did they said that they cannot come and check the stove because it’s meant to installed by a licensed gas technician and GAME was supposed to inform me of this.

When I reached out again to GAME they apologised but did not provide any solution to the matter. I visited the store in King William’s Town just to get a technician to come and install the stove and they refused. Now we are stuck with a stove that is not installed.

I have emailed customer service to no avail. What am I supposed to do with a gas stove that’s not installed?
