Poor service

<p>It's been over a month since I've been waiting for game store to contact with me with regards to the items I went to purchase but unfortunatly they did not have stock when I went to buy.I was sent a call back voucher stating that they will notify me when the stock has been brought to the store,yet it's been over a month and im still waiting.Game store has POOR service delivery.Not to mention their clue less employees, When I went to the store to check if the stock had arrived I spoke to a lady by the name of Saris and when I told her about the call back voucher, she was rude and did not even know that the store sent call back vouchers to the customer if the store did not have stock. She defently needs to go for training.</p>
