POOR SERVICE

<p>I purchased a tablet from Game stores and recently it jus stopped working. I hav my slip its jus a few days out of warranty. When I took it back to the store they said they cannot credit and refund me because the tablet is out of warranty. The tablet is still brand new and hardly used. All the contents are still in its original packaging as it came. I spoken to someone else as well who had the exact same problem with this tablet, and their table was also just a few days out of warranty. I am pretty sure that GAME stores are aware of this sort of faulty product but now they refuse to refund their customers. If this is how GAME service is, really its very dissapointing. I will therefore not be supporting this store in the future. I also wouldnt advise anyone to purchase TELEFUNKEN Tablets from Game stores.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
