Poor service

Poor service. Today the 10thbof April 2022. I went to the store to buy the battery backup gloves. I have been there more than twice and I couldn't find the two pic globe I wanted, they always only have the *****ing ones. I asked a guy who was on the isles to check as to why they forever havingvonevtypebof those globes. He came and double checked and hold me that they had them but they are finished. I asked him to check as to when would they have stock he was so not interested even when I told him that I have been there before and they never had them, so I need to know as to when can I return to buy once they have stock. He said he doesn't know and there was nothing else he could help me with. I then asked to speak to floor manager, to my surprise he said he is the floor manager and he walked away. I was so disappointed I went to the front of the store and asked for store manager, even there I was told he is in a meeting. I ended up not being assisted as no one was interested. The customer service in that does not exist.
