Poor service

Game store mall of Africa is the worst iv ever been to, bought a fridge on the 27th of November and was told it will be delivered in a weeks time, ever since no one has ever called me to tell me why they have not delivered, I called them and also went to the store was told that the delivery guy will call me, it's almost two weeks now and they still haven't said anything. I dnt have a fridge and can't even buy groceries because of them, I'm very annoyed because now I'm the one that had to make follow ups and be busy wasting my airtime and petrol, worst service ever!!
