Poor service

Good Day I saw a deal online, from game it was a laptop mecer for R199 it comes with 10gb data.

I first went to jabulani mall then they told me they don't have i should try south gate ok cause I'm a bit far from Southgate i then called to ask if the laptop is available then they told me it's an online deal i then asked to be helped to apply for it. They told me to sign up and check it of which i did that but to my suprise there's no mecer laptops on the game website i don't know if it's false advertising or what despite the mecer laptop i am not given an option of contract cause i wanna apply for a contract even when i call the customer care line I've been put to hold.

I called Southgate and asked if is it possible for me to come and get help there or at least if they do it for me i was told that game didn't upload any data for them i must come check and therefore they can't help me. And im afraid that I'll end up losing this deal
