POOR SERVICE!

I purchased a TV unit and mounting bracket on the the 11th of April , both items have not been delivered, when I followed up I was advised that the wall mounting bracket is out of stock and the order has been cancelled yet i paid for the items! the service is poor and no communication with your customers!!!
