Poor service!

I bought a car cover at game Mams mall only to get home and find out that it's a small size, i then went to Menlyn mall to get it changed, to my surprise i was told that they couldn't change it as i did not put it in the box that it came in, my reasoning was that i tried putting it in the box but i couldn't fold it properly so it didn't fit it,in the original packaging that it came in, it was in a plastic that was shrinked by a machine then it was placed in the box so how was i expected to shrink it? i then requested for someone who works in the department to come and fold it for me as they would know how to fold it but i was told by the floor manager Lebohang that they won't change it as i had to fold it even though i had explained that i couldn't fit it in & me forcing to fold it would result in the box it came in to tear up, I'm honestly disappointed by the service from game, it's extremely poor, I'm never buying anything from there!
