Poor service

What a poor service, called in at game store Montana to inquire about the iPhone 12 I saw on the website , the lady who answered the phone was so rude , she kept on putting me hold with letting me know, when I asked to talk to a manager she told me all managers are not in today . When I asked for he details she refused and said “ she can not do that” I am trying to buy a product worth 20k and I’m getting a sh***ty service I am very disappointed . Game store is a big and respected store be received such poor service!
