Poor Service

About a week ago I received a voucher that I can redeem at any Game store, The voucher specifically states "in-store only". I went to Game in Knysna and they were unable to help me with my purchase using the voucher. Apparently the voucher is not valid on their system and the manager told me even if I go to George they wont be able to help me with the voucher. Funny enough, I came right @ Garden route mall in George. Thank you so much for your assistance Sharney, you rock!

Now my question is, why did Game in Knysna struggle to assist me? why tell me their head office doesn't know about these vouchers?
