Poor service

2020 I bought a slim set stove at game midrand and last year I reported that it was damaged and they did send a technician to come fix it and however only 3 plates were working not all 4 and two weeks back it was broken again and I did send them a email telling them that it is not working because it is still under two Yr guarantee which will end July but since I told them that it is no longer working no one responded nor called me as yet also did send emails still nothing email dress *** number is ***
