Poor service

Last weekend on Saturday (31/10/2020) we went to purchase a refrigerator at one of game outlets in prominade, Mitchell' plain. We saw the refrigerator that we wanted to buy and we wanted to find out if they had the stock in store. We had to wait 45 minutes in order to be assisted, there was one merchandiser at the store, I went to file a complaint to the manager. The manager just told me that they are under stuff and there is absolutely nothing he could do about it, of which I politely asked him to assist because the queue was getting longer and as a Manger he should be an all rounder, his response was he will do no such, mind you there were two managers in the store, the other one could have dealt with complaints whilst the other was assisting the merchandiser. Finally we got assistant but there were no cashiers at the electronics department so we had to go and queue with rest of the people who were there for groceries
