Poor service

Bought LG microwave at Game Secunda was told it will never rast to my surprise I notice some rast was told they will send it for repairs at Bethal Town that was on the 21September 2022.Today went back because therebwas no communication the feedback I got apparently it was my negligence message from their repairs I was shocked how can it be my fault when I was promised a rast free microwave?Can somebody help and keep their promise this is unacceptable
