Poor service,

Service is unacceptable!!! Being harrased on two occasions by your consultants. I paid my account late, even paid more than my installment as usual. I'm sure I was charged interest which is fare. Now you phoning me a week before month end asking when I'm paying and again this morning the 1st June 2021, telling me I was supposed to pay yesterday!!!!!

Seriously yesterday was still May 2021 last I checked.

You tell your customers they have till the 10th of each month to pay, but you phone the 1st!!!!

This is the second time I opened a Game account, and spent thousands of money which I religiously paid for the last 8 years, this was the 1st time I was a bit late. Be assured I will finish my bill and take my money somewhere else.
