Poor Service

Purchased 2 Logik portable air conditioners. Due to power surge,the control boards on both units failed.Cannot locate spares or a supplier locally.Units are out of warranty.Tried contacting Game and after several attempts managed to get through to the customer service desk.Explained my problem and asked if I could be given the customer care line number for Logik or a local installers number.The female that answered the call rep**** by saying that she is too busy to help with my request,but took down my details and promised to call me back.3 hours later ,no response.Tried calling the 086 number and the office line,no response.
