Poor service

Game store mall of the south.im very disappointed the service i received i bought a tv 49inch yesterday onthe 22feb 2020 and it when i get home and i switch it on it has a crack on the screen and we took it back onthe 23 feb 2020 and thokozani zulu the store manager send us back home saying he cant assist us...I'm very disappointed about game store I've been there customer for years but the way they treated us is very disappointing.
