POOR SERVICE

On the 2/519 I went to Game Mamelodi the lady in the name of Milgret helped me to book my sinotec TV for repair. Everything went well I even received an sms stating that my booking no is 141.but on the 8/5/19 I received a call from her saying that I have to come back to collect the TV to another Game branch because my TV is too old and it is not in their list. While when I called the game contact center they said I must take it to any nearest branch for it to be booked for repair and I do not have money to hire a transport again to another branch that deals with old TV like mine. The TV is still under 5 year warranty, I bought it in February 2016 and when I send it for repair I do not produce a slip they must just state THAT"THE WARRANT CARD WAS SUBBMITED". In the past four months it was also broken, they assisted me in Kolonade
