I purchased a Sinotec TV from Game Clearwater Mall in 2012. The TV now has a tuning problem and I dont have the original receipt.
I took the TV to Game at Bellairs Mall on Sunday 13 March to test/book repairs. The customer service attendant was very unhelpful. She wanted a barcode, then called Clearwater branch who was apparently waiting for a fax. We waited for more than an hour and realised that we will not be helped at this store.
I then took the TV to Game Clearwater on Tuesday. The customer service lady obtained the barcode but required the purchase date and card no. I went to my bank and presented the requested information to Game.
They now had all the necessary information to log into their system and track the purchase of this TV, or so I thought. I waited for around an hour then went to their computer office. The gentleman there Richard, taking quite some time, later advised me he could not get the info from their database. He said he need to get this information from Game head office as he could access only purchase data from 2014 upwards. I gave them my contact details and they never got back to me. Is this the level of service at Game?
