POOR SERVICE
I bought an electric trimmer in July 2018 for R750.00 and it stopped working in December, i brought it back for repair at Game wonder park mall on the 7th December and i was told it will take less than 3 weeks for repair. on the 22nd December i got an sms to come collect my trimmer. i went there yesterday and i was told my trimmer is not ready for collections, actually is not yet booked at the supplier for repair. The lady by the name of maria said my trimmer will only be booked on the 7th Jan 2019 and there's nothing he can do (imagine) i drove for nothing, why now sending sms to come collect??? That's very unprofessional and don't trust game anymore.
