Poor service

I bought a fridge from Game stores East Gate on account last year March, the freezer has stopped working and the 2 vegetable trays are starting to freeze everything. I went to game stores to see if the can assist and log a service call and after 7 weeks of waiting for them to look for a copy of the slip to being told that are trying locate a copy of the receipt I'm told that they don't have a record of me buying the fridge at their store.
