Poor service

On the 09 September in the game catalogue there was a special for a 4in1walker I then wanted to purchase the product and I was advised that there do not have it in stock and they will receive it the following week and I requested for a reign check and it was given to me.the following week I went to game to check if they have the product in stock and I was told they had it but they no longer have it and I asked why was I not advised of this and I was told their system didn't advise me there is noting they can do I have to wait I requested that they check for me in other game stores if they have the product and I was told that system does not work they can give me a number for mall of the south to check if they have it I said they should call for me and the lady casually walked away from me and never to return I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for her while other employees of the store where watching soccer I left and went to mall of the south only to be told they also don't have it in stock I left with no joy in getting what I'm looking for on the 27th of October I went back to game Southgate to find out about the product I was told to take any other one as its not in stock n I keep on coming back for the same thing which to me seemed like I was annoying them for something that was not my fault yesterday I open the paper and I find the same walker again put on special and I couldn't understand how do they put it again on special if we still waiting for stock till to date y advertise something that you don't have anywhere and it's not known when are you even gonna receive it worse of all the appalling service from the staff if it's not the disagreement with the pricing it's them having no stock and no care in the world what the next person is going thru.the word bad does not begin to describe the service I got at game stores.all I want is the 4in 1 walker I'm not asking for a donation of the walker I would like to purchase it.and to the staff they should know that the customer's that they are treating so bad and being rude to them it's their bread and butter if we don't go and buy at game they won't be able to pay salaries they should learn to treat people with respect .
